Emergency services are attending the scene of a rolled semi-truck and trailer unit on Mangatawa Link Road.

A Tauranga City Council spokesperson says the truck rolled coming fro the Sandhurst off ramp onto Truman Lane "outside the Main Freight Warehouse".

"Delays may be experienced in this area."

"It is possible the Mangatawa Link Rd might be closed at some point when cranes are required to right the truck.

"Please be patient and exercise caution passing the scene."

Police say they received the report at 3.45pm.

"The driver is out of the vehicle, and police have been advised that it wasn't hauling any dangerous goods," says the police spokesperson.
