A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Maungatapu.
Police were notified of a crash on Maungatapu Road at 7.40pm.
"It looks like a motorcycle crash with no other vehicles involved," says a police spokesperson.
"The motorcyclist was reportedly seriously injured."
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.

some of those riders just go like a bat out of hell looking for a accident,swerving in and out of traffic frightening drivers and overtaking on yellow lines.Not sure whats worse,cyclist or motor cyclists,
