A head-on crash is causing delays on State Highway 2.
Police were called to the the two-car crash on the intersection of Aongatete Road and State Highway 2 just after 3:30pm today.
Two people involved in the crash have sustained moderate injuries.
A police spokesperson says ambulances are likely to attend, and the northbound lane is currently blocked.

Contractors are on the way to clean up the road, says the spokesperson.

2 people with moderate injuries and the Police spokesperson says that Ambulance MIGHT attend. Their foresight is amazing.
