Motorists travelling between Tauranga and the Waikato are being warned to expect some delays on State Highway 29.
Road construction works are taking place on a section of the westbound lane on the Kaimai Summit from Monday, September 21.
Waka Kotahi Transport Agency says the works are planned for the week until Sunday, September 27.
The dates may vary due to the weather.
'Two-way traffic flow will be in operation at all times with a 50kph Temporary Speed Limit in place 24 hours a day.
'Please expect some delays.”
