The organisers of the Demo Derby are postponing the event, because of the weather.

'The rain has gotten heavy over at Baypark,” organisers say on their Facebook page. The event will now be held next week.

'If you have already purchased your tickets you can use them for next weekend or get a refund through Eventfinda.”

"It is just too muddy," says organiser Bernie Gillon. "Cars simply can't race in these conditions."

I've looked at the long range weather forecast and that says that from Wednesday, until the following Wednesday, the weather will be fine. So the derby is on next week."
