Excitement and stress are the emotions Ladi6 is running through as she prepares to embark on her European tour this weekend.

Ladi will be teaming up with Team Dynamite for the six-week tour after releasing their third album Automatic last year.

After Europe, Ladi and Team Dynamite will head to the United States before returning home to New Zealand. They will be playing at Brewers Bar in Mount Maunganui on August 2.

Speaking to SunLive ahead of her European tour, Ladi says she frantic getting ready for the tour.

'It's all that exciting stuff at the moment with packing and making sure we have our passports ready before we fly out on Sunday. It's slightly stressful but fun.”

Ladi and Team Dynamite's first stop will be Sweden, Poland and then Helsikini – three places they haven't been before.

'It's like a whole new territory for us, which is awesome.

'We have been going back and forth to Europe for the last for years, so this tour is kind of a continuation of that. We're building on what we have already built on.”

Ladi thinks this will be the official launch for their third album Automatic and expects to play mostly songs from the new album along with a handful of older stuff.

'We will definitely put in a few crowd favourites. We will be in Europe for six weeks before heading to the United States for seven tour dates.

'This is the first time we will be playing in the states. So it's quite freaky.”

Ladi and Team Dynamite will then head back to New Zealand, where they will have four days off before launching into their NZ tour in August.

'We are really looking forward to it [playing in Tauranga]. We hardly ever get to Tauranga, so this will be extra special for us.”
