Resurfacing works on the State Highway 2 on-ramp at Route K are complete - meaning there are no further road closures planned.

The on-ramp was closed on Sunday, Sunday night and Monday night, from the Route K overbridge to Takitimu Drive to allow for pavement repairs.

People can once again use the SH2 on-ramp at Route K.

Traffic from the Route K toll road was diverted via 15th Avenue, Cameron Road and Elizabeth Street to join up with SH2 during the closure.
