Why hasn't management looked into this operation and given things a bit more thought before starting this job. Instead of doing the job through the night when there is minimal traffic they decide to hold up main stream traffic during the course of day including peak traffic times. In some cases its been taking traffic an hour and a half to get from Baypark to Te Puke. UNACCEPTABLE AND THOUGHTLESS !!!
