The High Court has ruled the commercial arm of University of Waikato, WaikatoLink, will pay Bay of Plenty based business Comvita $1 million in damages.
This compensation is for misleading and deceptive conduct by WaikatoLink during the signing of a $3.5 million licence agreement between the parties in December 2006.
