Gull's latest discount day is seeing fuel prices reduce by 10 cents a litre for all fuel grades.
This brings the price of 91 octane to under $2 a litre at all company priced sites.
Gull New Zealand retail manager Graham Stirk says motorists can benefit further by using a Countdown supermarket fuel docket at the company's manned sites during the promotional period.
The discount day started at 7am and will run through until 12pm tomorrow.
During this time 91 octane will be $1.99 at both manned and unmanned sites and diesel will be $1.36 at unmanned sites or $1.38 at manned sites.

great to see Gull at it again with the fuel discounts, but it say's under $2 a litre at ALL stations. So could someone tell me why Gull Paengaroa is still priced at $2.04 per litre?

The pricing in this article refers to company priced sites - we are independently owned and dropped our price 10 cents. However as we can't have our customers missing out on this fantastic price from Gull we have now dropped another 5 cents to match them at $1.99 per litre!

It says under $2 for all company priced sites, not independent sites too, unfortunately.

The closing time given above was 12pm Thursday, which I believe most people would take to be midnight . It would seem that this was not so , as my wife filled up at Gull Whaka at 8.40.pm and was charged at $2.109/ltr. Gull,s error or a media reporting error ?
