Tauranga Mount Taxis has been announced as the latest sponsor for the Bay of Plenty Steamers.
The company's general manager Bruce Rainey says the new deal enables Tauranga Mount Taxis to become more involved in the community.

'We could have gone for names on the back of their jerseys but we wanted to do something where we contributed more.
Our agreement allows us to do a lot more work in the community,” says Bruce.
He says the company already helps transport many disabled people in the community and hopes to carry them to Steamers' games.
'For us, we can always be proud of our team. We find the Steamers quite inspirational,” says Bruce.
Bay of Plenty Rugby Union commercial manager Dirk Merwe says the union is delighted to have the company onboard.
'It's certainly a healthy sized sponsorship. It's very mutually beneficial,” says Dirk.
He says the sponsorship deal also gives Tauranga Mount Taxis exclusivity at Bay Park during rugby games.
'It streamlines our events. It means we can put on a better event and allow it to run even smoother,” says Dirk.
