Fastway Couriers Tauranga CBD courier franchisee Bill Sampson has won two major national awards for franchise businesses.
He was awarded not only the business services category award but also took out the Westpac supreme award for Franchisee of the Year 2009 at the Westpac New Zealand Franchise awards.

The award ceremony recognises excellence and honours the individuals who have demonstrated best practice in franchising.
Bill was up against many other great franchise systems, but out shone them all to take out the awards.
The judges were impressed with Bill and his attitude towards his customers, always putting them first and going that extra mile.
Judges commented on Bill's drive and motivation, which they say was key to building and retaining his customer relationships.
'His belief in customer service is demonstrated in everything he does within his business.
'Bill exemplifies the qualities that drive business success,” judges said.
Bill operates his courier franchise territory under the Fastway Couriers Tauranga umbrella and is supported by his regional franchisees, Hugh and Fiona Stocker.
