Hundreds of primary school children turned out for the annual Orange Day Parade.
The parade wound through central Tauranga streets and the primary were given a police escort.

The main focus of the parade is to thank the region's school patrols and road wardens.
Karen Smith, Tauranga travel safe coordinator, says it was a chance for Tauranga to thank all of the students and the responsibility associated with the job.
