Tauranga based personalise finance business Portfolio Professionals has new owners after Auckland private wealth and advisory firm Newton Ross Ltd purchased it this month.
Ownership changeover is due to occur on May 1, with the business to be renamed consistently with its new owners.
Newton Ross principal Mike Newton says this buyout is logical.
