Will raising the age work?

Cabinet has approved a number of changes to the road rules in an attempt to improve road safety. These include raising the driving age to 16 and making it harder for a person to advance from the learners licence to the restricted one.
SunLive visited a crash scene on Thursday to ask people there if they thought these measures would make the roads safer.

Yeah, they should raise it to 16 because there are a lot of accidents around New Zealand caused by young people.
