New Zealand's Got Talent winner Clara van Wel is set to serenade Tauranga residents this Friday.

Reality talent show New Zealand's Got Talent winner Clara van Wel is set to sing in the lineup in the Classic Hits Winery Tour next month.

The 15-year-old is touring the country as a special guest in the line-up for the 2013 Classic Hits Winery Tour held at Wharepai Domain on Friday, March 1.

The line-up for 2013 includes Fat Freddy's Drop, Anika Moa, Boh Runga, Hollie Smith and The Adults.

Clara's visit to Tauranga coincides with the digital release of her debut single ‘Beautiful' on March 1.

The teenager took out the reality talent show competition in November 2012 with her self-composed song.

Clara says ‘Beautiful' encompasses the spirit and imagination of young love, which she says is sometimes only dreamed of, but not experienced.

'Beautiful is a song about wanting to be noticed and loved, and how a lot of us have insecurities about the way we look.

'I hope the people who hear this song recognise the beauty within themselves and look deeper than the surface when they look at others.”

Since winning New Zealand's Got Talent, Clara has been busy writing and recording her debut album at Auckland studio The Lab with producers Joel Little and Mark Dennison.

The album is due to be released in April this year.
