The final cruise ship to visit Tauranga for the summer cruising season has arrived. The Crystal Symphony arrived first thing Monday morning.

The ship has a passenger capacity of 940 people and carries 545 crew.
The summer cruise ship season was a good one for Tauranga with 42 ships visiting, although this was down on the more than 50 that came the previous summer.
The previous season is considered an unusual spike in the trend with 42 more than the number of ships to visit in the 2007/08 summer.
