With the Tauranga City Airshow on this weekend there will be some disruption for people wanting to fly in and out of Tauranga Airport on commercial flights. There are road closures and diversions in place to help manage the expected heavy traffic on roads near the airport.

Tauranga City Council says Aerodrome Road from Aviation Avenue to the airport roundabout will be closed between 6am and 3pm on Sunday, February 7.
Passengers and people meeting flights will be checked at the airport road entrance to ensure they have access to the terminal building. If catching or meeting a flight this weekend please allow extra time to get to the airport.
