Two vehicles, one towing a boat, have collided near Hairini this afternoon.

Police were alerted to the vehicle collision on Welcome Bay Road, near State Highway 29A around 3.55pm.

"The crash is reported to have involved two cars, one of which is towing a boat," says a Police spokesperson.

"No injuries have been reported."

The road is blocked.
