Reports are coming in of traffic delays State Highway 2, between Bethlehem and Katikati.

A SunLive reader has messaged us on Facebook to say there is a broken down truck between Te Puna and Whakamarama.

"Traffic is backed up to Omokoroa, not moving as the truck takes up the whole lane."

Motorists are advised to expect delays until the truck is moved from the road.
