Roadworks begin on State Highway 2 between Chapel Street and Dive Crescent tonight.
Resurfacing works will be undertaken between Chapel Street and Dive Crescent, NZ Transport Agency says.
'Night works only will be carried out on the Wednesday January, 15 to Saturday January, 18 with work hours from 7:00pm to 5:00am each night.
'Consider using an alternative route.
'A 30km/h temporary speed limit will be in place.”
