Police have named the man who died in a crash on State Highway 36 on Tuesday January 29.
Tony Sebastian Parahi of Sunnybrook, Rotorua District was 57 years old and died at the scene when his motorbike collided with a tractor.
The crash happened between Gloucester Road and Tauranga Direct Road.
A police spokesperson says police extend their condolences to Mr Parahi's family and loved ones.
