One person is in critical condition following a crash on State Highway 33.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash between and a car and a motorcycle near Paengaroa around 9pm.
One person is in a critical condition, says a police spokesperson.
The highway was closed for sometime. NZTA reports the highway is now open.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating the crash/
