Bay of Plenty rugby's under 19 team are looking strong contenders for the Jock Hobbs Memorial tournament next month.

The side driven from fullback by current Steamers squad member and New Zealand under 20s rep Kaleb Trask were in a different league from Taranaki's under 19s at Arataki Park on Saturday, demolishing them 94-0.
