Witnesses sought for SH2 crash

Police are seeking witnesses who have any information about a head-on collision that occurred on SH2 between Gill Lane and Munro Road.

Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries at 7.40 this morning.

Police would like any witnesses to the crash to come forward, particularly a silver Subaru Imprezza hatchback.

"Police are concerned for the safety of the driver of the Subaru who is believed to have been involved," says a police spokesperson.
