Reports are coming in of a crash in Greerton where a light post is reported to have been knocked over.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says firefighters have cordoned off a light post on Armagh Street, near Slade Street.

The caller the post is damaged, along with the fence in the area.

"There doesn't appear to be any cars around though, but I assume it is from a crash. Police are at the scene as well."
