Snapping photos of the Bay’s conservation

With just over a week left some amazing photos are rolling in to Bay Conservation Alliances photo competition.

There is still time to get snapping or pick your favourite photos to enter. Simply load your photos up to the comments section of our Facebook competition post by May 31 to be in to win.

The prize is a double pass to visit Rotorua Canopy Tours and go on an exciting 3-hour forest journey through a network of zip lines, swing bridges, walking trails and tree top platforms, while learning about Rotorua Canopy Tours' conservation efforts and the rare and remarkable native birds found in the forest. Woohoo! We also have some great NZ Wildlife books to give away as runner up prizes.

The theme is ‘NZ Native Species or Community Conservation Action', so your photo needs to feature NZ plants, animals or communities in action (preferably in the Bay of Plenty). Up to three photo entries per person are permitted.
