Organisers for an inaugural Bay of Plenty business expo are expressing their delight about it's success.

The Bay of Plenty and Waikato Business Expo is at ASB BayPark Arena today until 4pm.

Jigsaw Solutions Group director and event organiser Sharon Giblett says exhibitor feedback has been great so far.

'The feedback we've gotten from exhibitors is that it has been awesome. They are enjoying the time to have for people stop, talk and make connections with them.

'We've heard of business being done due to the event and people are enjoying the relationship-based face to face scenario of interaction.

'People have had a lot of fun, there's lots of games, prizes and entertainment.

'It's all about connecting, building relationships and this is a platform to come here be seen and do business.”
