The road is closed and is expected to remain so for most of the day while heavy lifting equipment is used to clear the scene. An increasing common scenario which is costing our economy $millions, small and large businesses can't afford to subsidize the misfortune of others. IT IS PAST TIME we had a network of 'expert and appropriately equipped' recovery teams along with accompanying policy in regards prioritizing 'keeping our highways open', emphasis 'peak periods'.
