A Te Puke woman has new wheels to drive after winning the Farmers Club September prize – a brand new Ford Fiesta from Ultimate Motor Group.

Gillian Sutherland and her husband Malcolm were at Farmers in Tauranga today to accept their prize.

Farmers Club programme manager Deb Summers says Gillian was one of 1.3 million people to enter the competition nationwide.

'Gillian got to choose her own car. We thought it would be good to have a pinky/purple car, because those are our colours, but not everyone wants to drive around in a pink car.”

Gillian got to go to Ultimate Motor Group in Tauranga and pick the car she wanted.

'It's valued at over $20,000.”

Gillian says it's fantastic and she's over the moon.
