Happy Friday, SunLive readers! For those of you working, rejoice, for tomorrow is the start of another long weekend. For those of you still on holiday, we've got some great entertainment in town tonight.

Over at Mount Drury we have Night Owl Cinema screening Kiwi film Born to Dance at 6pm, which was postponed until tonight due to strong winds on Tuesday.

Night Owl Cinema describes the film as a 'coming of age tale told through the eyes of ‘Tu', an ambitious young man from Auckland who dreams of being a professional hip-hop dancer.” The film stars Stan Walker and internationally-renowned dancer/choreographer Parris Goebel.

Meanwhile, over at Soper Reserve, early-2000s RnB stars Ja Rule and Ashanti will be performing alongside Chingy, while New Zeaand RnB artist Mikey Mayz will open the show. People of a certain vintage and musical taste will certainly get a kick out of seeing these international acts. Tickets are still available at $85, with the evening starting at 7pm.
