Tauranga sailor Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are assured of the 49er class gold medal after extending their margin today to become unbeatable in Thursday's medal race.
Sam's got his bronze, but sister Molly and crewmate Alexander Maloney are in for a scrap in the final of the 49er FX with Thursday's medal race deciding which of the four top crews will get what medals.

There is only one point separating first and fourth, and then a 28 point gap.
Tauranga's Jason Saunders and Gemma jones sailed the race of their lives with a brilliant medal race victory in the Nacra17 class, but their fate was determined by the order in which the other nations crossed, and they narrowly missed out on the podium and finished 4th.

While second on 48 points they are 20 points behind Great Britain, and their final race will be against the USA on 49 points, France on 50 points and Japan on 52 points to decide silver and bronze.
Josh Junior was 4th in the Finn medal race and he wraps up the Rio Olympic Games with a 7th overall.
In the men's 470 Paul Snow-Hansen and Daniel Willcox have a place in the starting line-up for the Men's 470 class. They go in lying 9th overall.
