Weather permitting, work to repair a section of seal on Takitimu Drive near the Waihi Road on ramp is due to take place this weekend.
Takitimu Drive is subject to a partial closure this weekend.
Takitimu Drive, including the Waihi Road on ramp, will be closed between the Waihi Road/11th Avenue overbridge and the Elizabeth Street roundabout for city bound traffic while the work is conducted.
Detours will be in place and motorists will be able to access Cameron Road via 11th Avenue and 15th Avenue (SH2A).
This work was expected to take place last weekend, but had to be rescheduled due to weather.

HOT MIX, just like Ocean Beach Rd? it only costs 9x as much to do it. No problem just add that to the Route K debt no problems there for sure.

while on the subject of hot mix why oh why does it have to be black? When the roads are wet the reflections make it almost impossible to see white painted lines.Could the answer be white fluorescent paint?
