Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum has set the Hadley Park crowd alight scoring the world's fastest test century.
On a seaming pitch the home side were in all sorts of difficulty with New Zealand 74/4 but the captain showed scant regard for the pitch and set to work scoring his first boundary and opening runs off the second ball he faced.
Brendon scored his century in 54 balls with 17 fours and four sixes. The record for the fastest century was held jointly by former West Indian great Viv Richards (1985/1986) and Pakistan's Mishbah-ul-Haq (2014/2015).
New Zealand are currently 210/4 with Brendon on 118 and Corey Anderson 48.
