Held at the Tauranga Domain Reserve Bruce says the annual event appears to get bigger every year.
'The event has been running for about four years now and it just gets bigger and better every year. It's great to see so many people taking part and enjoying themselves.”
Bruce says there were more than 30 different events athletes could participate in over the two day event.
'We have competitors from 35 and as old as you like taking part some of the events we had men and women taking part at the same time. It just really depended on how many were competing.”
Bruce says the event was so popular it was sure to return again next year.
