Black Caps frontline bowler Trent Boult can't wait to get back out on his home pitch for today's Twenty-20 match against Sri Lanka.
The left-arm fast-medium bowler will line up for the first of five international Twenty-20 matches at Bay Oval this afternoon.

Speaking to SunLive ahead of the match, Trent says he is pleased to see all the support the team received in the ODI against Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
'Obviously [I] felt pretty good to be out there. It was an awesome crowd and it was a pretty good game in the end. It's just exciting to see how much attention cricket is getting across the whole country.
'To bring it here to my home ground and to play in front of a descent crowd and to obviously run out where I've played a bit of cricket, it's pretty cool.”
Being New Zealand's premium bowler in all forms of the game means the 26-year-old is always looked to for the opening bowling spot. A pressure he thrives on, especially in the cauldron of Twenty-20 cricket.
'It definitely changes a bit with the batsmen coming at you a lot harder. In terms of my approach. I try and follow the same principle of trying to swing the ball and pitch the ball up and try and be attacking.
'It's more just thinking on your feet in a way, because you kind of face so many kind of possibilities. So the quicker you think on your feet is how I see you get more success.”
Normally Trent would open the bowling with his Northern Knights team mate Trent Southee but a foot injury has ruled him out opening the door for Matt Henry who took five wickets in Tuesday's match.
Trent says having a wealth of fast-medium bowlers in the New Zealand ranks has helped him lift his game.
'It's pretty exciting really. The selectors are stumped for choice really and the thing is, anyone who is getting the nod in the final 11, is coming in and filling the job and doing really, really well.
'So yeah, it's a good competitiveness I think. Everyone is close mates and stuff and we all definitely get along. We literally do enjoy seeing each other succeed.”
The game gets underway at 3pm today at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui.
