Sympathy to those hurt here, but I saw an idiot driving a small black car with gold rims nearly get stuck on a parking lot traffic island at Maketu. He then gets off it and overtakes the large Whakatane blue bus at high speed into a roundabout. Then raced off along Wilson Road North past Maketu School (kids 3:00pm)and away at twice the speed limit. I had no time to get a quick photo but I would recognise the car again.
Huh
