Mount Maunganui surfer Kehu Butler is back in action today at this year's Backdoor BayBash surfing competition today.

Kehu was on form at Waimarama Beach, Hawke's Bay yesterday progressing to the semi-finals of both the Open Men's and Under 20 Men's Divisions and he is back in action again today looking for an action packed finish to the event.

The Backdoor BayBash includes Open Men's and Women's Divisions as well as Under 20 Boys and Girls, Under 17 Boys and Girls and Under 14 Boys.
