Protein packed pancakes

This recipe was inspired again by the team at the Bethlehem health shop and is a great breakfast or light lunch option.

30ml protein powder
30ml ground almonds
30Ml rice/almond/hazelnut milk
1 small egg
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Cook for 2-3 minutes each side in a non-stick fry pan that has been sprayed with a little oil on a medium heat. This mixture makes about four medium sized pancakes!

Serve with stewed apple with cinnamon and honey added and/or mixed berries.
Natural yoghurt and almond slithers compliment this dish also.
