Some luck lies in not getting what you thought you wanted but getting what you have, which once you have got it, you may be smart enough to see is what you would have wanted had you known. -Garrison Keillor

How often have you railed against fate and felt the unfairness of something, only to realise that the outcome was not only better but something you couldn't have imagined. I had a situation where I believed I knew what would be best for me and when the exact opposite happened I struggled initially, but then made the choice to go with it and to look at the reasons why this may have happened. In doing so I was able to recognise the benefits I could gain from this outcome.

Are you in a situation that is not going as planned? What good could come from this new outcome by adjusting your attitude?
