Q. I'm worried about our next-door neighbour. His garden is overgrown, and I help out with his lawns, but don't have time to do all the work that is needed. Veterans Affairs has case managers who are able to help elderly and disabled veterans stay independent in their own home. They are also able to assist with accessing funding for section maintenance. The other place you can talk to is the local RSA. They have welfare officers who are able to help with support and practical help. They can also contact Veterans Affairs for you. Everything you tell them is confidential.
