Agrecovery is urging all Coromandel locals who use agrichemicals to look in their sheds and get rid of any unwanted chemicals in their upcoming collection.

The booking deadline for those wanting to safely dispose of their unwanted or expired agrichemicals through Agrecovery Chemicals is March 27.

It is important to note: the upcoming collection does not cover household or garden chemicals.

Horticultural, agricultural and veterinary chemicals users, which includes farmers, growers, contractors and veterinarians, are being asked to log unwanted and expired chemicals for collection.

The Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council are actively supporting this upcoming collection.

Please note that all chemical collections are subject to cancellation or postponement if insufficient bookings are made.
