Tauranga Boys' College old boys living in London or Europe have the chance to catch up for the association's inaugural overseas function on July 15.
Principal Robert Mangan says he will be overseas in July and sees this time as the perfect opportunity for a catch up with all the old boys living in London.
Tauranga Boys' College principal Robert Mangan will be in London for the school's inaugural old boys association meeting there.
"There is a real UK connection spread far and wide," says Robert.
Long time teacher Rob Leslie, who is teaching in London for a year, will also be at the catch up.
The evening will be a night of reminiscing and a way to create continued enthusiasm for the college, says Robert.
The association is still looking for a venue but, "It's most likely going to be in one of the local establishments."
"I'm hopeful for a good turnout."
TBC celebrated 50 years as a college in 2008 and the old boys' association was formed in May 2009.
