Tutor help for adult education

An association of tutors is forming to offer support with the costs and worries of running adult community education classes.
The Western BOP Community Education Tutors Association will offer its members help with ideas on marketing, setting class fees, getting feedback from students and other things that tutors have to consider, leaving tutors to get on with teaching their classes.

For tutors, who work independently from mainstream teaching institutions, class marketing and administration can be an overwhelming prospect, but the association aims to alleviate this and deliver good value for money.
The association will negotiate for collective deals on venues, advertising and other administrative services for 2010 community education classes.
