Players from Rotorua and Bay of Plenty are among 13 people nationwide celebrating second-division wins from Wednesday night’s Lotto draw.
The players each won $17,438, including one who bought their ticket at Pak’nSave Rotorua, and a Bay of Plenty winner who bought their ticket on MyLotto.
One Auckland player, who bought their ticket at Cascade Superette, also won Powerball Second Division, boosting their total prize to $29,466.
Two players elsewhere in New Zealand struck Lotto First Division, each taking home $500,000. The winning tickets were sold at New World Masterton and New World Motueka.
Strike Four was won by a MyLotto player from Timaru, who pocketed $200,000.
Powerball was not struck on Wednesday night and has now rolled over to Saturday, when it will be worth $5 million.
The full list of Lotto Second Division winners includes sales in Northland, Auckland, Rotorua, the wider Bay of Plenty, Taupō, Hastings, Wellington, Canterbury, Otago and Southland.
