A car has reportedly driven into a shop in Tauranga.
Readers have said emergency services are on Cameron Rd, in Greerton, where it appears a car has driven into a shop window.
One reader said the car appeared to be holding up the window of the DollarDealers shop.
Police said they received reports of a single vehicle crash at 8:30am.
“Police attended and there looks to be no injuries reported.”
An NZME reporter visited the scene and said there was visible damage to the front of the shop.
“The was some class on the road and the front door was buckled in.”
A store worker told NZME a driver had come into the car park and “accidentally” drove into the store.
They said the incident happened around 8.40am and the store would be closed for the day.
“I don’t know how long it will be for, but they [builders] will probably give us a time of how long it will take to be repaired.”
