Bay of Plenty consumers and customers, listen up! The winners of the 2025 New Zealand Most Trusted Business Awards have been announced, shining a light on the most hard-working, honest, and trustworthy businesses across Aotearoa.

According to organisers, the awards are not based on size, scale or revenue – they are based purely on reputation, as judged by the New Zealand public.

“Each approved review counts as a vote. All reviews are publicly available on every participating company’s Most Trusted profile page.

“Only legitimate New Zealand-based submissions were accepted. Each review and vote was carefully verified by the Most Trusted team to ensure accuracy and integrity.

“For full transparency, all eligible businesses and verified reviews are available on the Most Trusted Business database website.”

Organisers congratulated all registered businesses for their participation in this year’s awards and for their ongoing support of the NZ business directory.

Those interested can click on each company name to view the reviews and votes from the public that contributed to each award.

“We believe these awards are something special to share, and we’re proud of the results they represent.”

The 2025 overall nationwide winner of the New Zealand Most Trusted Business Awards was Waikato ear clinic Tolbecs Ear Centre.

The overall nationwide runner-up was ACCENT Health Recruitment, and in the regional awards, the Bay of Plenty regional winner was Show Dogs, a Mount Maunganui dog grooming business.
