A truck is reported to have come off the road on State Highway 25 in the Coromandel.

Coromandel's CFM radio station is reporting the incident to be near the sawmill on SH25, between Tairua and Hikuai.

'Take care on the roads today,” says a post on the station's Facebook page.

'We've had a report of a truck off the road on SH25, between Tairua and Hikuai, near the sawmill.

'The road is open and traffic is able to pass. Just be aware and take care in around this obstruction.

'Further details as they come to hand.”
