A crash is being reported on State Highway 2 in Bethlehem.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says it looks like two vehicles have crash outside of Countdown.

"One person is still in a vehicle.

"Police and St John paramedics are at the scene."

A SunLive reader, who messaged us on Facebook, says it looks like multiple vehicles are involvd.

"Just left lane closed "

A police spokesperson says the crash appears to have happened after someone suffered a medical event.
