A car has crashed into a bank in Tauranga.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says there is extensive damage to the ASB Bank on Cameron Road.
"It doesn't look like anyone has been injured. Police and firefighters are at the scene."
A police spokesperson says police responded to a report of a crash on Cameron Road at 5.57pm.
"A vehicle has crashed into a building.
"No injuries or any road were blocked but there appears to be excessive damage to the building."
Police are speaking with witnesses at the scene.
